Just a little reminder that if you are on a service hold, your payment must be made the day BEFORE your scheduled pick up day by at least 2pm.

INVOICE/PRICING UPDATE FOR 2022:
We understand that current inflation is causing the price of everything to go up, but we want to assure everyone that we are doing everything in our power to keep our operation costs low enough to keep our rates the same throughout the 2022 year!
One thing that will help keep your rates from going up in 2022, is making sure that all invoices are paid by the past due date of the 10th of each month. This will cut down our time of having to scrub accounts and try to collect payments on past due invoices.
We do understand that sometimes things happen and are always willing to work with everyone in regards to payments. However, encourage on time payments, for the 2022 year, we will now be charging a late fee of $10 for all past due invoices that do not have an arrangement with the office worked out prior to the past due date. This means if you know you will be late on your payment, simply contact our office, make a payment arrangement for a later date and no late fee will be added to your invoice.
Invoices go out 15 days prior to the due date they are due on the 5th of each month and past due on the 10th of the month. So, if you need more time, as stated before, we will always be willing to work with EVERYONE as long as we are aware!
HOLIDAY UPDATE FOR 2022:
Since most of our holidays for 2021 were on the weekend, our staff decided to work all holidays in 2021. In 2022, we have decided to go back to our original company holiday schedule and will be off for the following holidays:
(Christmas and New Year’s both fall on the weekend so those weeks will run as normal)
COLLECTION AMOUNT UPDATE FOR 2022:
In addition to observing the holidays, we have also made the distinction and changed the terminology of our bag limit. In years past we have stated that there is an 8 (30) gallon bag limit per pick up. In 2022, we have decided to make the distinction that there is an 8 (30) gallon bag limit per week. This means that all twice a week customers will have a limit of 4 (30) gallon bags per pick up to equal the 8 (30) gallon bag pick up. This will ensure that all customers (once a week and twice a week customers) will be getting the same amount collected each week.
