1.SERVICE: DCI Sanitation provides solid waste collection and disposal. Customer pays all charges per this Agreement.

2.WASTE: Non-hazardous solid waste only. NO general construction material, hazardous materials, chemicals, medical waste, batteries, tires, paint, or prohibited items. Customer liable for fines and penalties from prohibited waste.

3.PLACEMENT & LIABILITY: Container must be on HARD, LEVEL SURFACE (concrete or asphalt) in DCI-approved location with adequate clearance (14ft overhead, 12ft width). DCI NOT LIABLE for pavement, concrete, driveway, curb, or property damage from placement or servicing. If placed on soft ground, dirt, grass, or unapproved surface, CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RISK for rutting, sinking, drainage damage. If DCI truck gets stuck due to inadequate surface, blocked access, or moved container, CUSTOMER PAYS ALL COSTS including towing, labor, equipment damage within 10 days. Customer maintains clear access year-round.

4.EQUIPMENT: DCI owns all containers. Customer responsible for care and custody. Customer indemnifies DCI from claims for loss or damage. Dumpster is property of DCI Sanitation. However, if repairs are needed it is up to customer to notify DCI and we will schedule repair work.

5.PAYMENT: Due on the 5th day of each month. Late fee 1.5% per month, starting on 10th day of month. DCI may adjust rates for CPI, fuel, disposal costs with 30 days notice. Additional charges for excess waste, extra pickups, contamination.

6.TERM: 12 months, auto-renews for successive 12-month terms. Either party may terminate with 60 days written notice. Early termination fee = 6x average monthly billing.

7.DEFAULT: Customer pays attorney fees, court costs, collection costs for non-payment. DCI may suspend service or remove equipment.

8.OTHER: Neither party liable for force majeure. If Customer receives competing offer, DCI has 14 days to match. Customer cannot assign without consent. Texas law governs; Ellis County venue.
