“Once you click submit, this form will be sent to our office via email which will then be entered into our system manuallyby one of our office staff. They will send you a welcome email to let you know your account was set up, along with your pick up day(s). As of January 1, 2024, all new customers must be set up for auto-pay. A customer service representative will call you to take your first payment and get you set up on auto-pay.
